Another Hut 8 Board Member Sells Company Stock

Joseph Flinn, a board member at Hut 8 Corp. (NASDAQ: $HUT), has sold $4.5 million U.S. worth of company stock.

The sales were executed on June 11 and 12 of this year at prices ranging from $115.94 U.S. to $119.44 U.S.

The sales occurred with Hut 8’s stock having risen 551% over the last 12 months.

Following the latest sale, Flinn continues to own 10,519 shares of Hut 8 common stock worth $1.8 million U.S.

Flinn is the second Hut 8 board member to sell company stock in recent weeks.

At the end of May, Amy Wilkinson, a member of Hut 8’s board of directors, sold $2 million U.S. of company stock.

Regulatory filings showed that Wilkinson sold 20,000 shares of Hut 8 stock on May 21 for proceeds of $2.02 million U.S.

Also this year, Hut 8 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sean Glennan and Victor Semah, Chief Legal Officer, have each sold HUT stock as it continues to rally.

Hut 8 is involved in Bitcoin (CRYPTO: $BTC) mining and running artificial intelligence (A.I.) data centres and has a current market capitalization of $15.20 billion U.S.

HUT stock has gained 137% this year and is currently trading at $121.50 U.S. per share.
